Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Orders are shipped via [COURIER NAME — e.g. JNE / SiCepat / J&T] to all destinations across Indonesia.
• Estimated delivery time: [X–Y business days], depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.
• A tracking number (AWB) will be sent via email/WhatsApp once your package is handed over to the courier. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
• Riverside Forest FC is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by the buyer.

2.2

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination address.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Requirements to File a Return

• Must be submitted within 48 hours (2×24 hours) of receiving the package.
• The item must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and still in its original condition and packaging with tags/labels attached.
• Returns must include photo/video proof from the unboxing showing the item's condition.

Returns Are Accepted If

• You received the wrong item (incorrect size/design from what was ordered).
• The item has a manufacturing defect (loose stitching, damaged print, etc.).
• The item was damaged during shipping.

Returns Are NOT Accepted If

• It's simply a change of mind (don't like the color/size despite it matching the order) — unless agreed as a size exchange with return shipping cost covered by the buyer.
• The item has been worn or washed, or the tag has been removed.
• The request is submitted after the 48-hour window.

2.4

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except when the error is on our end (wrong item sent/defective product), in which case return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

2.5

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via email or Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2. Include your order number, photo/video of the item's condition, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.
4. Once the item is received and verified, we'll process the exchange or refund.
